I am 5'-8" and usually a size 16. I purchased these pants in a size 16 tall. I had ordered the color "Brown True Camel" but the pants actually were a medium brown color with a gold pinstripe pattern. Not the color I wanted, but I tried them on regardless to check the size. They were a great fit for me; well shaped, yet stretchy, and will make excellent work pants if I can get another color I like. They would work fine with medium-low heels, but probably not for high heels.
